“Our commitment to prevent and reduce food waste is to spread it daily among the
members of our families and friends, especially in our Lazio Gourmand Magazine.
Lazio Gourmand Magazine has four issues a year, one per season and we will always
strive to dedicate one page or two listing the rules of correct behavior in the kitchen
through a recipe that knows how to enhance the recycling of the less noble parts of an
animal, the roots , leaves, peels or dry bread, anything that is usually discarded.
Being food waste ambassadors is a great responsibility and if each of us could convince
just one person we would have helped solve some of the greenhouse gases produced.”
